The Best Time for a Political Junkee!

What can be better than a Presidential Primary in South Carolina if you’re a political junkee like me?  Not much!  I love the energy, the craziness, the candidates, the surrogates and even the political ads.  It’s always interesting to see in our state who sides with whom.  In this case, we have three candidates left for the Republican nominee.  The front-runner and former President, Donald Trump, the former Governor of our state, Nikki Haley and the current Governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis.  While other names appear on the ballot, these are the three that everyone talks about.  We welcome their supporters to our state.   How will we get after this on The POINT?  We’ll talk to the candidates, we’ll talk about the candidates and we’ll give you as much info as we can about the GOP Primary.  Buckle up!  This is the time where South Carolina is the center of the political universe.  It doesn’t last long—but for a little while, our state sets an important tone and often decides who the Republican nominee will be.  Stay tuned…..
